Sunset Botánica is the Brooklyn-born, small-batch bitters, fruit vinegars, dry rubs, cocktail component maker, owned and operated by Carlos M. Victoria.

Carlos is a 15-year veteran of the New York bar scene, where he has honed his mixology skills at various haunts and locales in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He has since expanded to offer elevated wood-fired and BBQ menus, private events, and venue takeovers.
